I use it everyday for my workouts and the good thing is that you can make your own workouts and see how many calories your burning (estimated).
Good set of exercises. It works and is stable ...few crashes easy to use. What blows me away is when you write a review and ask for features the tech team actually responds to you and tells you how to do what you want to do. Great job keep up the good work.

Their database is a little lacking when it come to some exercise variations, but overall its a good app. I think theyll continue to make it better.

I have been using this app for over 2 year an still the app has a few bugs it still doesnt have a few simple exercises like lungs, squats (cant find them in any muscle group) I do like how for the daily log it now shows how many reps an set as well as total weight lifted as well as it shows a chart on a man as to muscles groups worked that day All in all still a good app
You can use its workouts and be good vehicle man

Good set of exercises. It would be nice if it could: Would like to drag workouts to re arrange their order. Or know how to do it. (Drag & Drop) It works and is stable ...few crashes.easy to use. Thanks for telling me how to superset exercises.
Finally! Ive been looking for an app like this one for a long time... I train by myself and with a personal trainer and it keeps track of my progress in any situation... Love it!!!!!?
Good app overall, would benefit from more cross fit exercises. Also, an exercise research by specific target muscles would be nice. Other than that its great...!
I use it all the time for my workouts. Loved it! No issues and easy to use. Tremendous tool to keep track of the weight you use on specific workouts and the timer is great!
Ive been looking for the right weight training log for a while, and this is the third one Ive tried. It also looks like its going to be the last. It has everything one needs to log their workout, including cardio and stretches. It also has to chart your progress, and both a countdown timer and a set timer. The interface is intuitive, and streamlined, and it makes keeping track of your routines easy. Great purchase.

This app is exactly what I needed. Its a great way to track progress. The app is a great motivator and works great with the watch. Its packed with different exercises to keep work outs interesting. Im just getting back in to working out and this app solves two issues that I had before. I couldnt track progress and the workouts got boring. Another way the app is helpful for me is that it reminds of some exercises I had long since forgotten about.
This app is very good for pre planing workouts and dialing in your routines.
