This is the best app I have used for tracking weightlifting workouts. One of the first to offer an Apple Watch app that actually works and is useful. Is regularly updated and developer is diligent in fixing any bugs etc. Unlike many other apps it seems to have been designed by someone who actually lifts weights. Also doesnt require signing up/subscribing to some useless website account. Records workout data to HealthKit which is great. Overall very satisfied. I have tried a few others but always come back to this app in conjunction with my Apple Watch.
