This is the only app Ive ever bought.. well worth it!! I like the dark mode and all of the different exercises that are shown.. Ive been able to create several different lifting routines for each muscle group to help me with muscle confusion and changing workouts every 4-6 weeks by tracking it on the logs.. well done creating and updating this app.. THANK YOU!!

Being using the app. for about a yr. now and it has really helped out in keeping track of my workouts. Plus now I can concentrate in which muscles to work on and how much. Great app.
I love having this as a gym companion. It is great for suggesting new exercises to target specific muscle groups.

The APP works with the Health APP and Apple Watch. I like that I can add work outs and it will give me the Calorie count at the end of the work out. One improvement, I wish it would sync directly MyFitnessPal, but I guess it does it not need to because the Health APP syncs with MyFitnessPal. Still Great!!!!

User friendly, comprehensive, customizable and stable. Ive used a couple other workout apps, but this is my favorite. And the clean look is very nice.
